Goals
The political parties refuse to evolve, so we need to move on without them. We can choose to be better members of our communities and better voters without them. They can either catch up or be replaced.
- Bring a sense of community and taking care of one another back to our policies and governance
- Look out for the wellbeing of every member of our communities
- Speak up and out about policies and actions and how they affect people
- Encourage and demonstrate engagement with facts, evidence and proof as the basis for decision-making
- Engage with civic processes to hold elected officials accountable for their actions
- Acknowledge and reduce harm and build systems of support and repair for those who are harmed
- Pushback against misinformation, disinformation, distortions and manipulation with facts and evidence
- Act from a place of empathy and willingness to listen and learn
